Simpsons heads.. i need your help!

Ok, I've been searching youtube for hours trying to find a few specific clips from the Simpsons. Hopefully you might be able to help me figure out the name of the episode, or even find the actual clip from youtube. Any help is appreciated..

1st clip is Chief Wiggum stops Homer, and says "Not so fast!" With Homer afterwards slowly trying to get away.

2nd clip is the clip where Homer is some sort of cop, and busts the mafia for using rat milk to give to the kids.

3rd and final clip is when Marge sneaks into the lab when she was younger, and a young Chief Wiggum (I think he was a hall monitor) tries to stop her. It was during Marges rebellious stage.

Hopefully somebody can help me, cause I'm dying to find these episodes. Thanks!

Clip #2 is from season 10 episode called "Mayored to the Mob".

I don't recall the 1st and 3rd clips at all with those characters you've listed....

I remember Clip #1 involving Homer and Herman saying "Not so fast...maybe you should stop entirely" with the counterfeit jeans ring in his 'car-hole'. If that's right then the epsiode is called "The Springfield Connection" (season 6 i think).

Clip #3 i only recall involving Marge's mother entering Mr Burn's germ warfare lab (back in the 60s). That episode was called "Mother Simpson" (season 7).

If they were newer season epsiodes then i got no idea.
