    Children of Men

Greatest work of cinematography ever, imo.

I'm sure there was a large thread on this movie, and everybody seemed to like it. I still can't believe the concept. Pregnant dudes? Is that it?

From the trailers, I figured the plot was that pregnancy was non-existent.

Via wikipedia: The film depicts a bleak dystopia, in which no human child has been born for 18 years, human extinction looms, and violence reigns. The plot centers on Great Britain, which has become a police state.

oh god no. it's a world where people have become sterile due to chemicals in our foods, air, drinking water, etc... no one's quite sure why it happened or what the initial or critical cause was, but it's a world where women can no longer concieve. The government pretty much has martial law b/c without children, there's no future, so people have become complacent, but more importantly, lawless. no men get pregnant. clive owen's character eventually is entrusted to bring the last (or thought to be the last) remaining pregnant woman to saftey.

or atleast.. .this is what i think it is from the trailers. i haven't seen the movie yet... but i'm almost 100% sure that no man gets preggers in the movie.

That's good to hear. Thanks for clarifying. After the 180, it sounds good. Have to check it out now.
