    Netflix or Blockbuster Total Access?

I am going to have to begin using one of these subscriptions in order to get the movies for a film class I am taking. From your experience which is better. I am currently living in Utah as I have heard that shipping and area seems to make a difference. Thanks for all of the input guys, I really don't have a clue on this.

If there's a BB near you.... BB. The Total Access is a great program, plus an additional free movie/game coupon per month.

I've had both and BB is far and away the best. LOL, I get so many free movie rentals at my local blockbuster because of BB:TA.

Thanks for all of the help. It looks like I will be going with Total Access. So can this monthly coupon be used on either a movie or a game? That would be huge as I am looking to go back to renting videogames for my 360 since I can't really afford to buy them at 60 dollars a pop.

Total Access makes me feel like a thief.

I could walk into Blockbuster 3-5 times a week and never pay a dime. The manager there, though she doesn't know me personally, knows my face and already knows why I'm there, how quickly I'm going to leave, and how it's going down.

You can use your coupon to rent a game, but you can use your envelopes for just movies.

If you want you can get a two week trial of the Blockbuster program, go to blockbuster.com and enter 40030b for the promo code.

Just a warning if you are going to rent 360 games you must have a credit card on the acct, no debit or check card are allowed. The card will only be charged if the game isn't brought back.

Yep, total access is a freakin' bargain. I, too, feel like I'm stealing with all of the free movies I get at my local store. It looks like a lot of people still pay for movies the old fashioned way, though.

I've got Netflix and I like it. Honestly, I would have probably gotten BB but the nearest one to me is 20 minutes away.

I only get 3 DVDs a month though which is all I have time for. From what I hear Netflix has a superior collection, but if you're only gonna be doing mainstream stuff I'm sure BB is fine.

I have NetFlix and is has worked very well for me. I have yet to not get the movies at the top of my list. One of my roommates has BB:TA and he has had a few problems getting what he wants and a few shipping problems.

I love Netflix but I've never used Blockbuster so it's hard to say which is better. I know Netflix has a huge selection and I get them relatively quick. They both seem to be good services. I just got through the last 3 seasons of the wire in the last few weeks, great stuff.

There's no question...if you have a BB remotely close to you it's BB all the way. I rarely have a problem getting a new movie in the mail. However, in the rare case I do, I return a movie I got in the mail into the store to get it right from the store--for free. I've never gone to a store location where they were out of a new movie I wanted. With total access, you're practically guaranteed to always have the newest stuff, whether you get it in the mail or in the store.

Another reason I like this is if you get an urge to watch something (old or new) you can take one of the movies you got in the mail to the store (or use a coupon) to go get a free one from the store.

I really think this is going to put a big hurt on Netflix...this was a great move by BB.
