Way too elaborate a plan to get a guy who's fired in less than 2 weeks

Vic has had two weeks for the last few years, and he's always managed to stick around. I don't think it's too elaborate for people like Claudette and Aceveda to set him up.

Yeah it could be a backup plan in case he doesn't go quietly into the night. And let's face it, they probably think he won't be going quietly into the night. I kind of doubt it because of what you said too but then wouldn't that make it all the more likely, if everyone thinks that way, that they'd never bring in a guy to take down Vic when they think he's leaving in 2 weeks anyways?

Yeah it could be a backup plan in case he doesn't go quietly into the night. And let's face it, they probably think he won't be going quietly into the night. I kind of doubt it because of what you said too but then wouldn't that make it all the more likely, if everyone thinks that way, that they'd never bring in a guy to take down Vic when they think he's leaving in 2 weeks anyways?

It's just weird, you know? Hiatt has taken to Vic very quickly and has let him kind of run things even though Vic isn't the head of the Strike Team anymore. I keep waiting for him to bring up Terry or something. I think Shane is going to find out something about Hiatt and get back in with Vic and Ronnie. It's just too good to be true.

I keep waiting for him to bring up Terry or something. I think Shane is going to find out something about Hiatt and get back in with Vic and Ronnie. It's just too good to be true.

That would be awesome if Shane did find something about Hiatt and then takes it back to Vic. It would only add more to the intrigue.

How in the world Vic won't get killed now will be interesting to see. Well I wondered how Vic and Ronnie vs Shane would be 'evened up' and now I guess I see how. Shane has done more than even it up, everything's tilted now in his favor.

Oh and how about that picture of Aceveda coming back to haunt him??? How ironic that picture will save Vic's career. And how cocky will Vic be when he is back at the barn at the urging of Aceveda and there is nothing that Claudette can do, LOL!!

P.S. I could really relate to poor Dutch in that episode, that's the story of my life...work an angle and do your best, then some good looking guy swoops in and gets the girl. I think if I was in the Shield I'd be Dutch.

Yeah, next week should be excellent. Shane has really gone the distance to protect himself and turn all this around on Vic. I couldn't believe how he brings up the Armenian money train situation and that he wasn't a part of it putting it all on Vic. I think that Shane ends up dead next week or next season, especially after what it appears that he is doing from the previews.

I'm in between Dutch and Kevin in the looks department, but I hear you. The really hot girls will usually melt for a guy with Kevin's looks-women are as superficial as us. Whatever your opinion on the opposite sex Billings orchestrated a beautiful plan to get Kevin and Tina rolling around with each other (TINA IS HOT!!!!!!). One of the best Shield's I've ever seen. I wonder if Vic will poke fun at Aceveda or simply state his blackmail case.

Also can't believe the Money Train is coming back into play. I still think the scene at the end of Season 2 where they are all staring at the money is one of the best ever in television. Shane is scum. Vic better get out of this somehow, although his fam is in trouble.

I will be amazed to see how Vic gets himself and his family out of the mess that their both in right now. His family being held captive by Shane and knowing that Shane could really cause more damage to Vic about the Money Train. The only way for Vic to get out of both situations is to kill Shane.

What another great episode tonight. Only real problem that I had was with Kevin, they really turned him into a monster this episode. I don't care what anyone says that some of it had to do with the Tina situation. It was like a 360 degree turn and he stood out the most as I felt like his character had changed drastically. It makes you wonder what direction they were going with him, but Claudette really put him in his place. LOL!

Next year feels like its going to be a long time away, but it was nice that this was 95 minutes long. Shane created a bigger mess for himself with what he did by opening his mouth and now if Vic gets a hold of him.......I'm afraid for Shane unless he does something to patch this up with Vic.

yeah but the thing is vic can't do anything to him because shane living now and working for the armenians is what is going to keep all of them and their families alive.

Also surprised about Hyatt. I assume Vic will still be in the Strike Team with the mountain of evidence he found involving Pasqualia (sp?), but I wonder who will come in next to be the new Hyatt? Has a start time for next season been confirmed? Love that the armanian (sp?) angle is coming back. The money train stuff and everything that went along with it was one of the best story lines of the series.

Surprised that they trashed Hyatt so quickly both as an incompetent and a pig. Amazingly it looks like Hot Tina will be pining for Dutch next season and it looks like the makings of a good Tina-Dutch-Danny triangle. I would have liked to see Billings and Dutch paired next season , but it looks like that's not going to happen.
