There is nothing funny about a dead animal. So yes, it is wrong.

You know what is funny about that?...the fact that the guy who put that there....actually took the time to....find a piece of cardboard/plywood(whichever it is) get some spray paint....make the sign....attach it to a stake and stake it into the ground..INSTEAD OF.....picking up the poor cat and at least moving it to the grassy area and covering it with something(if you're going to do anything at all...I'm not saying you have to cover dead animals on the road...but if you're going to put forth any effort...at least make it a decent one).
If it was kids...and I hope it was, because you could at least understand that a little....I'm obviously not going to say get a job, but even if it is just a bunch of teenagers being teenagers, that's a little twisted.

Very wrong. If that was your pet, you wouldn't be laughing.
Plus I have two cats. Fantastic, smart, playful, friendly animals.
I HATE dogs with a venomous passion, but I still don't wish ill will upon those canines that leave me and my family alone because, after all, that dog is someone's pet and brings joy -- how, I don't know -- to someone.
