Mandy Moore is the most overrated (on the hot scale) female in the last decade. Simply don't get in. Must be a generation thing.

Sorry, that goes to Lindsay Lohan. I've never understood her "hotness." I find her disgusting. I'm not sure what those FHM, Maxim, etc. magazines were looking at when they name her to their "Top 100's" and such lists. I'd rather puke than see another photo of her.
