    Pay Pal question

I've been thinking of adding PAYPAL to my website to collect donations to help pay for it.

How does that work? The money is deposited into my Visa PayPal account? How do I then take it out?

    Re: Pay Pal question

you have to confirm your bank account for paypal to put money in it from your paypal account. It takes a day or so to transfer, and they take some of the money to do it.

Just so you know, Paypal can hold your money at anytime if you get any kind of dispute and you won't have access to it at all. If you do add paypal and you get money make sure you put it in your bank account as soon as possible.

If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :)

True, however all those I know that have had problems with Paypal have all been over $100. For myself I won't keep in more than $50 at a time.

But yeah, you need to get your account verified first of all (can't remember the steps but for example...e-mail, bank account, etc.) just good if you do want to use it on websites. For the donation aspect they have a tools area which includes HTML code (with options for it) to put on your site, then it's all setup.

If you need any help or questions about it feel free to PM or post here.

It just happened to me a few days ago and the bad part is that if you transfer the money to your bank account and the money doesn't clear before the complaint, the money goes back to your paypal account where you can't touch it. It was really frustrating since the guy had no reason to complain but luckily I got it worked out. I've heard of a few people who have one of those ebay business things and have been out thousands of dollars because of paypal's policies.

Thanks for the responses. I don't see any problems with complaints either.

You forgot apple pie. 97? Hold hoots, I'm gonna have to get my drivers license info changed. I wonder how old I'll be before SCEA releases a picture of their PS3 baseball player model for The Show?
