Which one of these would you guys recommend?

The Zune, Apple (30 or 80 gb) or psp as a portable device? I have been mulling this decsion for months and have become terrified of picking one of these. The reason so is that I would hate to spend the money and later not end up keeping up with one by not plating on or with or watching for that matter. I know I like the psp's grahics,but I don't think you can download movies to it. But you can for the other two I listed. Anyway both the Apple ipod and the Microsoft zune are almost identical, except for a couple of features and also the zunes picture is bigger . I need help because my birthday is looming ever so close and my wife is getting irritated (she thinks they are all alike....women go figure.....)

If you have the money to afford a PSP and a good memory stick, then it's definately worth it. PSP can play videos, music, PSP games, and PS1 games (with the right resources). It can also surf the internet if you're near a wireless port. Good memory sticks can go for $100+, though.

I'd say if you're looking for a basic player, go with the 30 gig Apple iPod.

Can u downloads movies to the psp memory cards?

yea basically you can convert it with a program like nero and then paste it over to your mem card

I bought a Zune for my wife last November and she's really enjoying it. The FM tuner was a big selling point, but the larger screen for vids and little stuff like having a personal picture as the background, album cover art being displayed, etc. are all nice perks.

We never had an mp3 player before this, but I'm more then satisfied. It just feels like a quality device as well, not the stick of gum size iPods (the extra "heft" is a good thing IMO).

I've been looking at the Zune again, I hear that the software available right now is not that great. Is that true?

How is this with XBOX 360 connectivity?
