What a freaking *******................that really crushes my heart hearing this and being a father of 3, as much as my kids sometimes get on my nerves, no way would I ever think of harming them.

I hope that he gets the death penalty, but first becomes someones boyfriend in jail.

A case like this proves exactly why the death penalty is a BAD idea.

Why reward scum like this with the notoriety and media attention of a death penalty case? Why make him suffer only for a few moments while the sodium penathol puts him down?

This guy should be put into an 8 x 8 concrete cell with a steel bed, sink and toilet -- no windows and a solid door -- for the rest of his life. He should be forced to do hard labor for 14 hours per day, none of it outdoors. Any sort of insubordination could be punished by instant physical beatings by the guards.

This guy's only recreation should be unsupervised showers with the general prison population. Either that, or nude, 30-minute walks around the yard every time the temperature at the prison dropped below freezing, just to get a feel for what his baby endured.

I think about 60 years of this would be much more fitting mental and physical punishment than five minutes of squirming on a gurney before everything went dark. Plus the guy would just rot away in anonymity instead of get nationwide attention as a death case.

I'm serious. Capital punishment is a cop-out for most of these bastards. They care so little about others' lives that they don't really care if they lose their own.

I agree with you but we know what would happen he would be paroled and then back on the streets to commit more sick crimes. I say freeze him to almost death and then unthall him and keep repeating and in between let Tiny have a go at him.
