I could never eat cereal because I never thought it was filling enough/serving. I think I may have to try some Fiber One. lol

My favorite for taste and health balance is Total Honey Clusters. Some would say that the 12 grams of sugar is a little high.

I personally eat the Special K with berries, but like a few other people have said, the Kashi is quite healthy
