              No, the part that applies to this instance, chief. Making the suing party pay the legal fees of the defendant when the plaintiff loses the case.

                You can do that under the Rules of Civil Procedure as well, just a little harder to get. Sadly though, he probably does have a case on the merits to argue that an internet/pornography addiction should be treated the same as a drug or alcohol addiction. There is surprisingly very little guidance from the common law when it comes to the internet and stuff like this. I don't think he'll win because I am confident he had to work around IBM's firewall to access the adult chat room, which I would presume is grounds for automatic termination.
