    Huckleberry Finn and Finn

I read The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn a little over a week ago for my english class and I was flipping through Newsweek or Time a couple days later and came across a review about a prequel/companion novel to Twain's famous book. The book is titled Finn and is written by Jon Clinch and chronicles Huck's father. The review made it out to be a good book and I figure I'll pick it up for Spring break or over the summer, but I was curious if anybody was interested in it or has even heard about it?
