Internet problem

Lately when I load a web page I get a lot of the "page not found" blank pages. If I hit refresh it usually loads then. Sometimes I have to hit refresh several times. Anyone know why this may be happening ???

I connect to the internet with a router. Recent changes were I upgraded my DSL speed to 6.0 and purchased Vista. But I had no problems immediately after those 2 upgrades. Just started within the last few days.

DNS issues. It should resolve itself out in a couple days. I've been having the same problem with Charter for weeks.

Thanks. I guess calling Bellsouth would be a waste of time then ??? It's annoying the heck out of me.

the punch in the nuts might be better than dealing with Bellsouth Tech support.

As fishpa says, sounds like a DNS issue. I'd find a new DNS on google.com and use it instead of your provider's for a while until they get it ironed out.
