I'm going to mix up the conversation here a bit. In the past NVIDIA and AMD processors didn't like each other, but not sure if that's the current marriange. I just "upgraded" to an ATI Radeon 9550 (256mb) card for under $55 on Ebay (new/opened). Not exactly the newest card in the book, but it runs MVP well. If you run into problems, blame NVIDIA. By the way, you'll want to uninstall the onboard card from the device manager and reboot prior to installing your new card.
p.s. the other upside to ATI products is that you might be able to find an All-In-Wonder card which would allow you to port cable into your pc screen and have the graphics card all on one slot.Comment
