That's Akon, the song is called "Don't Matter" I think. It's an okay song. It does sound like it's bitten off a bit of R. Kelly's "Ignition" remix.

Akon is unique. His Bananaz (Belly Dancer) song is fun.

The fast parts of the song you linked sounds eerily like another song, which I can't think of... Which isn't a good thing. I think it's a song Akon was featured in, but wasn't the main vocalist.

Like trobinson said, it sounds an awful lot like Ignition. And while the song is decent enough (not nearly as good as Ignition) I don't like his voice. Nasaly. Kinda sounds like Emon.

Yeah, he and T-Payne both have that nasally, computer altered whine. Although it's annoying, on certain tracks I don't mind it as much. There's no way I'd go with this song over Ignition, or any Kelly song for that matter, but that's why everyone has their own personal tastes.
