Just moved into our new house, poor cell phone reception

We just moved into our new house and we have trouble getting a cell phone signal. we have to go outside to use them. i think its because of the type of insulation we have in the roof. Does anyone know of any antenna or something you can put in the attic to help or has anyone had a similar experience.

There is a little sticker attena you could put on the inside of your cell phone to increase the signal. If I find it on the net, I'll post it for you. By the way, it may or may not be insulating. It could be that you're in the middle of a deadspot in terms of where your carriers towers are located. What carrier do you use?

I bought of those a couple years ago. Worked wonders. I got it from BestBuy, but I don't see one on their website like before.

I use sprint. You are right in that it may not be the insulation. I am not sure what it is yet. Some people have told me it could be that though. Its this shiny barrier stuff that goes over the entire outside of the home. It supposed to be real good for saving energy and stuff.
