I was going to post this a few days ago after I saw it on AOTS. Still early, looks cool to me, plus I love anything with Zombies in it, love the look of the CGI post apocalytic Desert Las Vegas.

It has that hot chick with the dual idenities from Heroes in it.

I will buy the DVD at the least, not sure if I would see it in theatres, there are hardly any movies that get me to go to the theatres, 300 is one upcoming film that will make me though.

I really don't know what to think about this 3rd movie as the setting is in Vegas. Apocalyptic Vegas looks cool, but why is it that its like that is what I wonder?

Was one of the biggest questions I had in my mind. Was there a sandstorm of some sort or something that just blew a few months without ceasing? It look alright but there's something about it that I'm not feeling too much. Too many "familiar" faces in this movie. I'm interested in what the sales look like come the week of this and after. Definitely a rental for me though. First was hot. Second was not. Third is.......

The fact that you guys are even contemplating watching and renting this movie is beyond me. The second one was horrid. Probably one of the worst adaptations of a video game i have ever seen. It was lackluster in every respect and sadly this one doesn't look that much different. It seems as if they toned down the crapness, however its not enough to save this movie.

I'm not sure where they're going here. Is this movie an action adventure or is it a horror?? A movie thats both Action adventure and horror doesn't pay off well because they can't do both correctly

Welp for some reason we all decided to peep this at midnight.

I agree with above poster, the sequel was just a mess. An utter pathetic, festering, pile of rotting rubbish. The third installment, wasn't that much of an improvement.

Albeit, Mila is dynamite, she simply could not compensate for the yuck of a film. She's a dime. She is literally sex. You can't look at that woman without wanting very badly to have her. She has been the sole redeeming quality of the video game turned trilogy. All I can say is: nipples.

I would definitely suggest it if you were into the first two, because this one was probably the best. I for sure though, regret paying $11.

Oh and the genre is indeed somewhat mixed. Definitely had elements of both action and horror. I think that's why the trilogy was doomed from the start. That and, not nearly enough sex scenes involving Mila.

I read elsewhere that this movie just completely ruined the RE movie franchise since they were all over the place.

Ehh, that's hard to gauge since the series was doomed anyway.

The sequel was a mess. Extinction was much too linear and simple. I have no idea why I've watched all three in theaters. That's $33, and six hours subtracted from my life. Smh.
