Dish Network had a horror station as well, it's also in HD. Dish just doesn't have my locals in HD. Direct TV doesn't have FSN or Sportstime Ohio in HD though.Comment

Comcast just got SoapNet back in January which has been a DirectTV exclusive for years. Now come on......................I want the frickin' HORROR CHANNEL. It is cool.....but I don't remember Night Gallery being this lame. Not up to the Twilight Zone. The name for the channel is perfect.....right from the old Chiller Theatre of the 70's which I think originated out of WOR-NY, Ch. 9.Comment

IMO, the only thing that sucks about the Horror channel is that its edited for content.
I started watching some of "Tales from the hood" last night,and noticed it was edited (obviously for the language) but still....I would enjoy the channel more if they left the movies "uncut"

Yep, I cannot enjoy a movie (especially horror,my favorite genre) knowing it's edited.
I hate seeing their lips moving for foul language,and then hearing the cheesy dialog dubbed in. I don't mind the horror channel IF they were going to show unedited versions and commercial free.
I know this isn't the premium channels,but c'mon.
If anything,they could show those movies later at night if DTV is worried about the "younger" audience.
It almost reminds me of those x-rated movies brought down to the "R" rating...you know...the ones that would show ALMOST everything but the goodies.
