No way I would ever step foot on that thing.

I'm so damn sick of hearing about this thing. In SoCal, it's all you freakin' hear about.

That said, I'd probably walk on it if it wasn't a glass floor.

To reach the transparent deck, tourists must drive 14 miles on twisty, unpaved roads.
              No thank you.

The tribe will include access to the deck in a variety of tour packages ranging from $49.95 to $199.00.
              No thank you.

As people walk across it, the glass layers creak and the deck wobbles almost imperceptibly.
              AND HELL NO.

I'd go on it in a second, but I'm more upset that they messed with the natural beauty of the grand canyon.

Kind of reminds me of the CN Tower in Canada where they have the glass, except for the noise made when walking. Messed up how they're trying to make a quick buck off of something so silly like that.

They need to get a trampoline on that deck ASAP.

                          Re: Grand Canyon Skywalk

I took a hellicoptor ride into the grand canyon. We were going along about 50 feet off the ground along the plateau leading up to the canyon, it was really cool I was feeling the force like I was in a land speeder, the coptor had a glass floor in it and everything was zipping by, wild stallions were trotting along in the distance it was incredible....and then came the canyon....

The pilot dove down into that and it was like the rug was ripped out from under me and my stomach hit the ceiling and my nuts were where my stomach used to be, its a LOOONG way down. I don't think I could stand on that bridge, I'd probaly get dizzy and find a way to topple over the guard rail.

That's a very good way of describing it!

No way I get on the bridge
