It all depends, probably not. I'm just not a theater person. Last movie I saw was Saw 3, only because a group went, before that was King Kong.

I am with you completely. Before 300, the last movie I saw at a theater was LOTR: The Return of the King. As much as I am a fan of Spider Man, I won't see it until it's released on DVD most likely.

Wow, this thread sucks. I open it up right to a spoiler, no idea what movie it was for or anything, and it didn't ruin anything for me, but if we're going to have a general movie thread, then absolutely no spoilers in here, please.

I avoid the movie threads once the movie is released until I see it for that very reason. But with general movies being discussed, if spoilers are thrown around, tons of people are going to get ruined. If you want to discuss a spoiler, go PM or make a thread for the movie and label it as such.

Well I made the thread to talk about movies coming out instead of having a ton of threads about movies that are not that big and most won't see. I mean I really didn't want to make separate threads for a movie like Shooter or Premonition.

If no spoilers in here, then maybe no spoilers in threads period?

If you have a thread discussing 20 different movies, and you are listing spoilers for different movies, people would stop even checking the thread, as to not be spoiled. When a thread is about a specific movie, it's almost common sense after the movie is released that there's bound to be spoilers in it. With this thread, you have no idea what movie is even being discussed.

An Unfinished Life (2005) with Robert Redford, Morgan Freeman and Jennifer Lopez. Very nice character drama. J-Lo's acting surprised me in a good way.

Back in high school and in the summer time I would go to the movies AT LEAST once a week, usually two or three times. I haven't gone since LAST summer when I went to Da Vinci and X3 back to back, how unlucky.

This rinky dink town I'm doing school at right now doesn't even have a theatre so I depend on movie rentals to get me by. Just watched Casino Royale (good) and Babel (not so good) with The Prestige up next.

I do miss the theatre though, especially with 300 out.

To avoid making a seperate topic on a movie that wont be out until 2009, I wanted to mention that they are indeed making a sequel to Old School and its roughly titled Old School Dos, according to Video ETA it has all the orrigonal cast in it, Ferrell, Wilson and Vaughn but on IMDB they dont have any of the cast listed yet, so take that for what its worth. It looks like the script is still being written but assuming something drastic doesnt happen, this should be a reality now.

EDIT-Not sure if anyone is interested but they are also making a live-action movie based off the cartoon Speed Racer and the lead character will be Emile Hirsch, same guy from A Girl Next Door and Alpha Dog, should be interesting atleast.
