The Shining one is great.
The Scary Mary one reminds me of a story I read about a man who pitched the idea of a Peter Pan horror film.
It's called "Pan" and in it Peter Pan is actually a kidnapper and Captain Hook is the police officer trying to stop him from taking children into Neverland.
