T-Mobile is great around here. From US Cellular, Sprint, and Cingular their service is the best. Customer service included.

Verizon is good too but they don't use sim cards.

I have a love, hate relationship with Tmobile. On one hand, they do have great customer service(You can always get free minutes if you call and complain about anything service wise) and on the other hand, the service in my home area stinks. Its fine when I'm at work but at home I constantly get dropped calls and bad reception. But dont take my example as the norm, I live on the 22nd floor of an apartment building right off the lake. Whatever tower they use for signals around my way probably is'nt to close to me. Besides that, the rates plans they have a decent and once again, the customer service is great. I once had a broken phone I tried to return lost or stolen from UPS. Initially they charged me 220 bucks for a restocking fee but I talked them out of it due to my persistent bickering about it.

I had T-Mobile for a while, I wasn't a big fan, lots of dropped calls and stuff so I switched to Cingular.

My mom uses T-Mobile though and she hasn't had any issues with them lately so maybe they've improved some.

For what it's worth, my brother has T-Mobile and hates it. I have Cingular and love it.

I have had T-Mobile for a few years now and have no complaints at all. I get good reception around here and when I went on vacation to Florida a while back had no issues down there either. In January I signed up for another 2 years with them.

T-mobile is great if you are in a good sized city or close to an interstate but if you get off the beaten path it sucks. I have it and back home in Birmingham it's great, but down here in "the country" at college it is pitiful. I barely have reception at my house.
