My younger brother and his friend (who happens to be Korean) drove my dad to Oklahoma City for a very lengthy cancer check up. They're in my dad's car in the parking lot at OU Medical Center talking about old times and such when three police cars converge on them with lights and sirens. The cops get out of their cars with guns drawn, pull each of them out of the car rather violently, slam them on the ground, cuff them, and tell them to shut up as they protest and tell them they're just waiting on my dad to get his check up finished. After they searched the car and found nothing, they told him that a concerned citizen called police to report a "suspicious-looking Asian male who may be another shooter." WTF? Now all Asians are wacko shooters? People are such idiots and those policemen weren't much better.

So much b.s. Where the hell do those cops get off being complete idiots because of someones dumb comments. Regular citizens are going to be stupid sometimes but I just wish law enforcement would show some common sense.

They should find who ever called that, bring them in front of your brother and friend and make them explain themselves.

Wow....OK I can see where a dumb person would call in and say that but the police had no right to do what they did. I'd seriously think about suing the police department for that kind of BS.

Since when is driving around and sitting in a car considered "suspicious"? Just because the guy is asian? "sigh"

The police had every right to do what they did. They were given information of a potential shooter. the idiot was the people that called it in. the police were just acting on information given.

but yes i agree, it just seems like people are getting dumber and dumber.
