    Open Source Router Firmware Upgrade

I thought some of the other IT/Tech guys might be interested in this. Essentially it's open source firmware that you can use on some routers to unlock their full potential. It looks interesting to me and it appears from the screen shots that there are a lot of extra options.

I have a Linksys WRT54G, which they claim is supported, so I'll probably try this one of these weekends.

I use firmware similar to this and it's pretty much a necessity. Using Linksys' firmware, I would overload my available connections a couple times a week and have to reboot my router in order to get the connection going again. The connection never dies now.

I have the buffalo router and the DDWRT firmware, and it has yet to be reset once in 4 months.
