So I won an auction on a Creative Labs Zen Vision M. I paid with an e-check, don't know how that happened, and it took 'till this past Monday for it to be cleared. The bidding ended on the 25th, and I wrote some e-mails and he responded to them and everything. Well after it was cleared, I wrote some e-mails and nothing, I don't know if I should give it a couple more days or report something. If I do have to report it, what do I do? Thanks. Any help is appreciated.

Thing is, he said he would e-mail when he did ship it, with the confirmation. Supposed to be USPS Priority which is 2-4 days usually.

Good feedback, and he's an active Ebay user. Only two things would worry me. Over the past few months he hasn't been that active, and the items he has sold during that time are just videogames. Nothing major, he's probably just busy, and you'll get your Zen soon.

it's only been a week since the auction ended. I never ship out item immediately either, and wait for the payment to clear.

It's always easier to wait a week while sending the occasional, yet polite email.
