Yeah I saw this news item on Lou Dobbs' show. The sad thing is the dry cleaners were offering 120K to have it settled and done with.

Lawyers can face serious sanctions for frivolous suits, he and whatever douchewad filed this in court should lose their bar licenses effective immediately. My god, do these assclowns not realize it is a privilege to be a lawyer and work in the legal system? I am f'ing sick of these people ruining the profession for others. It is time the local Bar Associations started yanking licenses for frivolous suits, especially when they make news. Part of me is guessing this is only news because either the lawyer or judge made the call themselves.Comment
