Good, hopefully the Washington DC Bar will go after his license next for the way he disgraced the profession.

Just saw this. Was wondering what happened tot his case. I don't think they'll go after his license only because of the crap that other lawyers do. This is about on par with suing a company for burning yourself with hot coffee when you're clumsy enough to do it or something to that effect. I'm even more disappointed because he's a goofy looking brother at that. Maybe he was fed up with the judge thing and was looking for a way out.

Come on the McDonalds coffee case was completely different, that is such a poor example. I know the general public doesn't get it though, but that was just different.

As for this "Judge", I still maintain the DC Bar should take some action for this.

First the coffee McD's was serving was just insanely hot and they had been warned numerous times that it was dangerous. Second the cups they used at that time were crap and they knew they had the propensity to injure people. So they had actual knowledge of the danger the cups posed and did nothing about it. That is why they got sued, not just because some old woman was a clumsy oaf.
