Dude that sounds leaps and bounds better than what they delivered to us last year, not to dog on Superman Returns, but damn would this script have been 10xs better, plus it sounds alot more action packed.

I think they had the script at Ain't It Cool News. When I read it I was really geeked about seeing in on film.

In my opinion, they portrayed Lex perfectly. It wasn't so much that he was evil but rather greedy. He wanted power and respect and he felt that he was overshadowed by Superman. It also didn't help that Superman foiled all of his illegal scams as well.

And the way they made Metallo seem good at first, only to turn evil was perfect.

I still enjoyed Superman Returns but I felt this particular script would have been so much better. A lot more action but still had great characterization and storyline to boot.

When C&P'd into Word the script is only 107 pages long, no way that is long enough for a movie, but good find I'll check it out.

Yeah, but I'm sure they could have filled a lot of that with action scenes.
Predator was only 8 pages long when typed out. No joke.

Actually that's not so short. The general theory of script to screen holds that one page of script translates roughly to one minute of screen time. Seeing that this movie would have a lot of action scenes that's another half hour or so of screen time.

That would make the movie aprox. 137 minutes.

Kevin Smith wrote a script and it centered aroud that. But the whole script was terrible. And I mean terrible. It made Daredevil look like Casablanca.
