Insight (aka Comcast in southern Illinois)...10Mbps down, 1Mbps up. Runs $30 or so in my package deal.

I have AT&T DSL, 6 down/768 up, and I pay $30 a month.

Ditto, better than my Charter cable, and at a fraction of the price.
