I'm going to have to agree with you on that one... the "single" they have out is absolutely horrific on the ears.

Plus the video for it is just horrible. There's poignancy in videos, and then there's that... throwing up horrific video clips and calling it a day.

      Lol yeah...

I hated the album at first but its growing on me. The B-side "no roads left" is pretty good, with shinoda singing. Way better than "in between".

My beef is the lack of shinoda/chester songs. Bleed it out is the only one. That combo is what made LP great. If they wanted to change the sound thats one thing, but the singing combo was awesome and they basically trashed it. That pisses me off.

BTW I love Linkin Park's old stuff and I don't look like that kid either, lol. Still a funny picture though

      The dynasty will return

I just realized if you replace "In Between" with "No Roads Left" it instantly becomes a better album

no it isn't. It's called ditching the sinking ship of rock/rap..whatever genre it was called. This album is trash compared to their other stuff, but they can obviously still cash in temporarily on name alone.

I still haven't listened to this CD as many times as I think I should to give it a "fair chance" but so far...ehhhh. I like 2 or 3 of the songs quite a bit, a few more are tolerable, and the rest I'm not a fan of. There definitely should have been at least a little bit more Shinoda on this CD

Definitely more Shinoda. I'm listening to old LP songs that I forgot about and the songs that everyone seems to love, are a lot of Shinoda. I really hate the new sound.
