Most phones can be hacked and changed. RAZRs are ridiculously common, and thus, I imagine they've been hacked and able to have their skin changed.

It also depends on what cell phone provider you have. Lately, Verizon Wireless is making their skins standardized, thus changing it is exceptionally difficult, but if you check out Howard Forums and visit the Motorola or Provider > Motorola forum, you will likely be able to find posts regarding changing the phone's skin; though it may require hacking, and that generally voids any warranty the phone may have.
