    Uploading video from a Camcorder?

I just bought a camcorder and I need Windows Vista(which I don't have) installed on my computer in order to run the program that came with my camcorder.I was wondering is there a way I could upload video to my computer through the usb from my camcorder? If not is there a website I could upload video to straight from my camcorder and save the video to my computer?

I believe you can do that with USB or Firewire (better choice for video, but you need built-in firewire or a card), but I'm not positive. You might want to also check out Adobe Premier Elements for video editing. It's not too expensive and works well.

If you have XP then import through Movie Maker. Use Firewire, USB can get kinda pixelated.
