    ipod car cassette hookup

I have a 30gb ipod and a cassette player in my car. I'm trying to see if there is a difference in cassette tapes? Before I go out and buy the cheapest 1. I'm interested in quality! Thanks

I've listened to the one that came free with my XM and one that I paid for before I got XM that's a Belkin and I can't tell much difference between the two. Try a cheap one and if it doesn't sound good, get a better one. You'll still get better sound IMO than using an FM Modulator type device, at least I do on my Sirius, XM, and IPod.

I bought a cheap cassete adapter at Best Buy ($15) and it works fine for what it is. You'll never get very good sound from a cassette adapter, so all of them should be about the same.

I got a cassette adapter for 10 or 15 bucks at circuit city. Works fine.

Same here. I don't have any problems with it.

            Peace.
