    My two favorite are:

    "Smooth Sailing" by Roscoe
    "Summertime in the LBC" by the Dove Shack

    Both tracks are chill and laid back, just what the summer needs.

        I forgot about "I Got Five on It" and the remix by the Luniz also. Not a smoker, but that song is a great summer track.

            for some reason summertime for me is anything Marley, Jack Johnson, Subime, or G Love and the Special Sauce

                  Almost anything Kenny Chesney does is perfect for the summer. Also, I don't think Van Halen released it as single or made a video for it, but "Summer Nights" on 5150 album has some awesome guitar work and some pretty funny lyrics, too:
