How do u get songs off my 30gb ipod thats manually synced and under my ipod file I can view all my music but how do I get my music off the 30gb onto the shuffle considering both are manually synced.

When you plug in the 30GB it should say "Files on iPod that aren't on the computer, you want to put them onto iTunes?" or something to that effect. Say yes, and then take the music you want to put onto the shuffle and put it into a playlist. When you connect the shuffle, go into the options and turn off automatic synching, then select that one playlist to synch.
If the music is already on iTunes, then just put it in a playlist, connect the shuffle, and go from there.
