Just saw it. Really liked it, a genuine horror film that uses scares instead of gore. BRAVO!

    ** spoilers**

That being said, the ending on the director's cut, is 100X better and explains it more. The theatrical ending, eh, the twist was damn cool, but it didn't really explain or "end" the movie IMO.

Was that the one with SLJ? I didn't like that one as much.

I guess I'll have to see that because I wasn't too happy with the ending. I think the film was scary but seemed to loose its flare towards the end.
Being kind, one to another, never disappoints.

I hated the ending, I guess I'll try to find the alternative ending as I will not pay to see it again, crappy editor or whoever cut it.

An okay film but I found it a bit unoriginal after seeing Silent Hill and The Dark - films that get into the 'Trapped in Your Personal Hell' type of horror. I liked it though.

This was a Stephen King original. I don't think Silent Hill came before this.

I was speaking in terms of the films and ones I've personally seen.

                  Gotcha.

I'm still considering getting this movie on DVD, but I don't want to shell out too much cash right now because in the next few months I'm going for Spider-Man 3, Ocean's Thirteen, The Bourne (Trilogy), and the Rush Hour trilogy. Probably some other movies in between, but overall that's just too much. Does anybody know of any Black Friday deals for movies yet?
