Scientifically, isn't it impossible for there to be a Loch Ness Monster? In order to maintain a proper breeding population for the last millenia, there needs to be at least 15-20 animals at any given time (although ideally it would be more). At some point during the last several hundred years an animal carcass would have washed up on shore. I realize that the lake is huge, but something would have shown up by now, especially within the last hundred years as all eyes have been on the lake.

Just think about it. Our oceans are expansive, extremely deep, and filled with scavengers. Yet every once in a while a rare creature, such as the giant squid (which was only proven to be real within the last 100 years), will wash up on shore, thus proving its existence. The same should be expected from Nessie.
Overall satisfaction also makes the decline!!!!!!!!!!!!

Turtles and other animals live for hundreds of years. Who knows what's possible.
