Anyone been there? We are planning on taking my daughter in a couple of weeks when they have an afternoon show. Just wondering how it was. I know the tickets are a bit pricey, but you're getting a meal and a show.

Something that is definitely worth seeing once, your daughter will probably love it. I went once when I was around 6-8 or so and loved it, then again a few years later and it wasn't as much fun(probably because it was my second time seeing it, rather than my age).

I went to Medieval Times following my 21st birthday while attending my 5-Level training course for my career field back when I was in the USAF. It was the one located in Dallas (well, the DFW region at least). I used to live there when I was kid and always wanted to go and so just after I turned 21, a couple of my classmates and I made the trip down from Witchita to go to Six Flags and Medieval Times.
The chicken was good. You get no eating utensils if I remember correctly and I'm not sure if the winner of the fights is staged. All in all, it was great fun but like someone mentioned above, a second trip would not be as much fun as you already know what will happen.
Something of note, I remember one of the "Walker Texas Ranger" episodes featured the Dallas "Medieval Times".Comment

That's the one I'm going to, the one in Dallas.
I was going to go this weekend, but all they have are 8pm showings, too late for my daughter. So I will go in a few weeks when they have three showings during a Saturday.Comment

My school goes to one during freshman year when you take this mandatory class for a semester, Western Civics, and we do the medievil times for it about half time. I missed it because i had a baseball gameComment
