I know everyone's excited about new cases & all but...what's with the new iPhone 4?? How is it compared to the 3G & Droid? How's the HD and speed? Details, details, details!!...

It's MILES above the 3G, and somewhat noticeably faster than the 3GS.

A few groups have posted comparisons for video and pics and the iPhone has edged the others out, although they all have strengths and weaknesses.

In terms of speed, I would personally say it's almost too fast. I'm certainly not used to it. But the Evo is no slouch either. We compared my friends Evo on Wednesday and they were close, with the iPhone slightly faster in just about everything, even internet speed (3G to 3G, no full 4G support here in NYC yet).

I still can't get used to the slight delay when scrolling with the Evo and other android phones. While they respond to touch, the iPhone feels like you're actually touching the pictures and such. Response feels 1:1.

I would say those newer android powered phones are very nice and you can't go either way. But what Apple does best (app store, user experience) can't be matched by Google just yet. They are certainly much closer than before.

Yes, they are legit. I've purchased screen protectors from them before. Who knows how long it will last so jump on it now.

Are any of those free cases hard plastic ones with a rubber outside? IE smooth but has a little bit of grip. Not sure the best way to describe it, but something like the iFrogz one at AT&T or Speck's CandyShell.

I went by the AT&T store yesterday to mess with the iPhone 4. Big mistake. I want it even more now. Man,It's nice!

I think that's what I meant. Hmm. Might place an order return the one I picked up from AT&T. Or just wait for Speck's Candyshell to come out.

Please do so, I had my 3G jailbroken but now what do we really gain with it? The only thing I can think of is a little more customization and sms tones. Heck I would do it just for the sms tones because the stock ones suck.

This Danish professor said on record 2 weeks ago that the exernal wrap around antenae was old technology and that it would cause problems and drop signal when it came into contact with human flesh. But steve jobs didn't listen to him and they released the phone anyway. Damn

I'm very disappointed with the Zagg invisibleSHIELD. I followed the instructions and had it on perfectly. The problem was when I used the squeegee to push the air bubbles out a bunch of adhesive moved to the sides and made the install look like crap. It's probably my fault, though..
