You've sent/received more data in three months than I have in almost two years.

            Never have reset my phone.

Call Time: 13 days, 21 hours. (I'm definitely not a phone talker either, I guess I've had this phone for at least 2 years)

Surely those sent and received numbers cannot be total. Not sure how that is calculated. I don't live in an area with 3G, so normally I'm on Wi-Fi for most of the time. Maybe that has something to do with it?

Thanks for the heads up man, cool and definitely useful app.

Yes, it only includes data sent over the cellular networks, not WiFi.

I tried it. I would never think to keep the app open. I wish it would integrate with the iPhone's key code feature so if the app is running in the background and someone tries to guess my code, it would take a snap shot.

I just turn it when leaving my apartment or when inviting people over.

I agree it should be the same code as the iPhone one and yea it tool be forever to figure out that I had to leave the app open for it to work when I locked my phone.

Maybe a stupid question...but what are the advantages and disadvantages of jailbreaking your phone. And what does it actual do?

You can do a lot of things.

Disadvantages: If you break your phone when it's jailbroken you lose your warranty. They made it legal to jailbreak so no need to worry about that. And there are myths that you can mess up the jailbreak and break your phone, well that is completely NOT true. At all.

                        Advantages:
You pretty much have 100% control of your phone, and can customize it in any way.

I didn't lose my warranty. My iPhone 4 had a hardware failure with the speaker. The Apple Store handed me a brand new one (probably refurb). I bet if it's blatantly obvious to them that it is jailbroken with a bunch of nonsense themes screaming out for attention, then yeah they can revoke the warranty. Mine wasn't as I just use biteSMS and a tethering app.

You didn't restore it before you sent it in?? I can't believe they accepted it.

For the guy worried about warranty, just restore and they can't tell it was jb.

I took mine into an apple store jailbroken before as well and they swapped it out. My carrier logo said "war eagle" and the genius said to me "interesting carrier logo you have there, just be lucky i "didn't see" it or that would still be your phone"
