Anyone know how to extract a voicemail from the iphone? I have a very important voicemail that I need to archive hopefully like in an MP3 format.

My conclusion on Apple Maps: turn-by-turn is awesome (love having the ETA... guess I should have downloaded a navigation app in the past), but the location database is severely lacking.

I went to Dallas on a business trip this week and wanted directions to my hotel, Omni Mandalay in Irving. Typed in "Omni Mandalay" into the maps app and the only thing that popped up was a restaurant (I later figured out this was one of the restaurants in the hotel).

Today, I'm going to a new optometrist and wanted directions to the place. I type in "Rubin Eye Center" and nothing comes up.

This was never a problem with Google Maps.

It is even worse where I live, they don't have most of the places out here listed at all. But it is new and I'm sure it will take them a while to add more and more locations.

Yeah, I'm sure they are working hard to catch up and it will get there eventually, but it would be nice to have the Google Maps app to use in the meantime.

Yeah, I'm sure they are working hard to catch up and it will get there eventually, but it would be nice to have the Google Maps app to use in the meantime.

Just type in google.com/maps in Safari. It's a web app, but it gets the job done.

I have iPhone 4 and I recently did the iOS 6 update on it, after I did the update it would not let me send pics anymore. I have the prepaid $25 a month plan. I tried restoring factory settings, turning it on and off and still nothing. What could be wrong? Any help.

Nope. Have to wait for them to patch iOS6. There is lots of issues on the 4s and below. Tons on Apple's forums who lost WiFi completely.

I'm still using the iPhone 3G 8gig. I'm considering upgrading to the 4S instead of the 5 because it will save me $200.00. Two phones for myself and the wife. If there's not much difference between the 4S and 5 do you think this is the way to go?

It's all a personal thing. If you have the money, then spend it on the 5. If you technically wanna be on top of the food chain, even though I think that the iPhone 5 is not all that, then get the iPhone 5.

However they were not many vast prove mince to the iPhone 5 in my opinion, so if your budget is tight... get the 4s

At the end of the day, you have to use the phones. If you've done your research just get the 4S and don't think twice. If the 4S does what you want, get it and save the money and take the misses somewhere nice.

Like Nathan said, not much of a change between 4S and 5. iOS 6 pretty much does it all on the 4S and it will be supported for at least 2 more software cycles so you'll be covered until your next upgrade.
