Because Rock was already an executive chef it wasn't really much of a contest.
I wish the Asian Cowboy, Aaron, stuck around longer. That guy was a riot!
You can tell part of the show is rigged. When there are 2 teams, the first challenge always ends up being a tie until the last dish. The bad plates of food that make it out to the customer also has to be rigged at the beginning. Ramsey checks all the dishes that head out of the hot plate area (when he's checking on a group). If the contestants were all doing a good job than their wouldn't be a show.
I hope they have more scenes with JP next year. In Season 2, it was pretty funny watching him flirt with the ladies only to get yelled at by Ramsey.
The promo for Kitchen Nightmares looks pretty good. In one scene, a guy had to be held back from attacking Ramsey.
