What Camera to buy?

Ok, so its time for a new camera...Im not looking for a SLR or anything. Mainly just a camera I can use to take pics at sporting events and parties...I'm wanting to spend around $200-$300 or so. I was looking at the new Sony Cyber-Shot 8.1 MP DSC-T100, but not sure if its worth the $400, anybody have any recommendations?

I have a Sony SD800IS and have been very happy with it. Very small, great pictures, lots of options.

For sporting events you want a small size and a great zoom, that's what I wanted to and I bought the Kodak v610 last fall for $350 I think and I'll tell you I have no regrets.

If you want to see some of my camera shots just let me know. I have pictures of Troy Smith and Justin Zwick from my Buckeye games last year that look like i'm practically on the field even though I sit up about halfway in the stadium.

Pretty incredible camera. And by now i'm sure you can get it a lot cheaper than what I bought it for nearly a year ago.
