The only thing I don't like is when Bill talks to himself (or his bird, whatever).

I still imagine him as being Al Bundy and when I watch the show I always think Peg has left him and the kids are grown up and he just lives with birds now.

well see he got sick of that and got hired on at some small time police station, got some experience then went to where he is now, and peg and him argued all the time about him being a cop and she eventually left him because of it. yep i got it all worked out in my head!

No comments on last nights show? Butchies mom seems to be a nutcase when it comes to seans mother. What the heck is going on with John and Cas I wonder I still have no idea where this show is going but I like it.

Same here-I'm sometimes bewildered but I love this show. Happy to see the lottery winner absent from this episode. Looks like it's picking up next week.

This was the best show of the season IMO. Rebecca De Mornay was brilliant in her scene with John.

I think after this episode this just became my favorite show of the season so far. So much going on and so much symbolism and the dialogue is not easy to understand but makes you think on a different level. Also, not sure if you guys are catching these Deadwood references or not?

For example, the guy with the cast, when speaking about the doctor says "There's that murderin' cut-throat who fixed my arm!"....well the guy who plays the doctor was on Deadwood and on Deadwood he was a serial killer of prostitutes and what did he do? He cut their throats. LOL, so great!

Anyone else catching these references to Deadwood?
