The scene from "The Champ" when little Ricky Schroeder is trying to make his father(Jon Voigt) "wake up" after dying from the boxing match.....if that one doesn't get you ...you got no heart.

      That sounds like the "Ringer"

All I know is TV-show wise...Boy Meets World got me choked up - not, like crying or anything - more times than anything.

Some of those episodes were deep.

Re: The last thing you watched that made you cry

It's been a while, but every time I see Schindler's List I feel saddened and then feel like I want to save the world. Call it "propaganda" if you're willing to play the "ignorant ethnocentrist" card, but for those who have souls or who are willing to empathize, the film should "get you" every single time. Other than that, the only other movie that made me cry was Crash, especially at its climax, when Michael Pena's daughter somehow saves his life without getting shot...

...and I know it was tongue-in-cheek in the grand scheme of things (because the dude died every episode), but when Trey Parker and Matt Stone killed Kenny off for half a season on "South Park", it was definitely a "choke up moment", until I found out that they intended to mess with my emotions and leave me feeling stupid...or were they?

Re: The last thing you watched that made you cry

I, like Odogg, must be dead inside but there are a few that get me kind of welling up:

1 Titanic when the ship is sinking and the poor mother knows she and her children are going to die. So she puts them to bed and tells them a story.

                2. Ladder 49 gets me close also.

                3. Million dollar baby.

                4. John Q (I'm in w/ the Daddy crew too)

That's a lot of tearing up. That probably equals one good cry. Maybe I'm not so dead after all inside.

                5. Like JJ Linn, the Orioles. (That one cuts me to the heart.)

I didn't actually cry when I saw that movie, but it was very emotional. Movie had some very sad parts in it.

I have only cried once in my entire life from a movie, and that was seeing Edward Scissorhands in the theater, I was maybe 10 or 11.

Anthony Michael Hall was just so mean to him.

Rudy definitely makes me choke up every time. Besides that, I don't think I've cried at anything on TV or a movie since 9/11.

The usual movies such as Rudy. Glory always got to me, at the end when Broderick gets killed and Denzel grabs the flag.

But the last thing I teared up watching was a documentry about the Cubs on HBO. I think it was called Maybe Next Year, or something. Baseball stuff always gets me, especially stuff from when I was a kid. Dont know why, but whatever. My fiance tried to ask me something about the show, and I just had to tell her to look away, lol.

                            wow,

The Rookie, when he finally made it (i could relate), and walked into the lockeroom to see his jersey with his name on the back. then when he sees his wife and kids at the game. his grin was unforgettable.

Crash, when he though his lil girl got shot. my daughter was around 1 when i saw it...
I am glad I got the Buell- I love riding it, I love the oddball looks I get on the road- I love people asking "What IS that thing?" I love flying into a corner WAY too hot, scared spitless and sure I'll never hold it at this speed- and hearing the bike whisper "Sissy!"...

I don't really cry is movies but i couldn't help it with Crash. When the store owner shot his gun and everyone in the theater thought he shot the lockesmith's daughter in the back while trying to protect his dad.

The little girl reminded my so much of my neice and i guess it touched home pretty bad.

The scene in A Time To Kill where Matthew McCounehay (sp?) is describing the rape and attempted murder of the little black girl to the jury.
                                That was pretty powerful.
