Dearborn Series 66 Exam (Cliff notes needed)

My wife is trying to study for her series 66 exam(its an investors test) anyway I want to try and help her pass her test because her brockers are a@@holes and are leaning on her to pass this dam test. Anyway if there is anyone out there with any ideas ont what website she can get cliff notes or tips on what to look for when studying the study book. Can anyone point me inthe right direction?

I've taken the 6 and the 63. I think the 66 is similar to the 63 in the way it's written. Definately designed to confuse you. Lots of double and triple negatives. Also many questions with multiple answers (i.e., answer a is i, ii, and iv; answer b is i, ii; answer c is i, iii; answer d is i, ii, iii, iv)

I always relied on the book and the cd (i think it came with it but I can't remember). Didn't use the internet much since it was back in like 2000 or 2001 (internet was not quite like it is today).

Anyway, if I was you I'd Google it and look on Amazon.com for study guides (or dearborne's website). Often you might be able to find a class where someone teaches techniques and has some sample questions. Unfortunately, they are constantly changing the questions and have a bank of questions about 4 times as large as what are on the test, so memorizing questions does you no good.

Sorry i can't help much. Studying is the best way to pass the test. You have to know the information inside and out and then concentrate like crazy reading the questions. It's easy to get confused since they'll ask you things like "which of these would you not do if you didn't want to do something".

Anyway, it's been a long time since i've taken any financial exams and this is the best I got. Good luck to your wife.
