I currently have the LG one, and absolutely love it. It is nice and thin, has good call quality, and I haven't had one single issue with it. Plus it's a very stylish phone. Definitely can't go wrong with it.

      Thanks,
      DaHokieBird

I had the U740 for about a week, hated it. Love the idea, keyboard, etc, but it felt very flimsy.

I have the ppc-6700 from sprint.

Awesome phone it is. That one actually looks like the ppc-6800 series and the Cingular 8525.

All in all, I just can't see myself going back to a regular phone anymore.

Any new features that stand out to you Eddie?

i've messed with the 6700 and the mogul feels much lighter, and just a more sleek design. The battery also lasts longer, even having bluetooth on all day. Overall the programs open up faster ( guessin due to a faster processor) and havent had to do any soft resets cause of freezes, etc.

The keyboard just slides out and locks into place. Overall i say its a pretty big jump from the 6700 to the 6800. I cant get enough of it. I can never go back to a regular phone. Had the treo 700p for a while as well which i now gave to my wife. I just love the ability to have most of the pc functionality on the go.

Get on the sprint SERO plan and you are set. I highly recommend this badboy if you truly want a next gen smartphone.

SERO plan? Is that the new name for the vision plan?...lol

The battery sucks but the I believe I can use the same battery as the 8525 and 6800 because they last longer as well.

I really like this phone though, and an upgrade now after I just got this one less than a year ago will probably be too expensive.

You don't really NEED a cell phone...advice enough?

I've been without one for three years! If my friends or coworkers (when I had them, natch ) need to get a hold of me, they can make the effort. I feel it's not worth being on call anywhere from a restaurant crapper to the produce department at the organic food store.

Coming from someone who owns ALL three next-gen consoles, who are you tell him he doesn't NEED anything? It's great that you haven't had one in three years, but 99.99% of the population can't say the same thing. If your main argument is that people can make the effort to call you, shouldn't you also make the effort to be more accessible?
