Why I Hate Dell.........
I am really getting sick of the substandard power cords Dell has been providing. I will now be on my third cord this summer alone. I treat them the way that is recommended, but nonetheless they fail. Nothing else plugged into the same outlet has ever had problems.

Hmmm, I'm going on 5 years with the same laptop from Dell and never ever had any problems with the cords or anything else for that matter.

I can't tell you how frustrated I am with Dell. I ordered an Inspiron 1420 some weeks ago. At the time, I wanted to go with a midnight blue colored lid, but decided to go with the black route thinking I would receive it sooner (delays at the time on blue, not black). Delay after delay, I go look at their site and now it says that the black is delayed and the blue isn't. It shouldn't have made a difference on me, but obviously it is. I'm stuck in the 'build' stage and the customer service is a COMPLETE JOKE. Thing is, many many other people are experiencing the same horrendous experience. I don't even have my Dell yet, but I don't think I've ever been this annoyed at a company before.I do because I can, I can because I want, I want because you say I can'tComment
