    HD help for PS3.....

I am new to the PS3 and HD world and i have a few questions. First off, i have a tv that runs at 720. Now for the questions:

    1. How do i change the video output settings to run at 720?

    2. I have HD cables that run out of the "AV Multi Out" on the back of the PS3 console. Is that all i need or do i need an HDMI cable as well? If so, where can i find these and how much are they?

    3. Is there any other settings or configurations that i need to change?

Thanks for any and all help. I have searched the internet for help on this issue but my search returns nothing but super high tech jargon. I just need a simple explanation on how to do this and any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks again.

    1. I believe this is within the video settings on the dashboard, or whatever Sony calls it these days.

    2. By HD cables I assume you mean component, you will be fine with these, you can get any video resolution outside of 1080p, so you will be fine, not an actual necessity to have HDMI.

    3. No other settings I can think of.
