    Alien Quadrilogy

I've been watching the Alien Quadriology again this weekend on DVD, and the first 2 movies are really good while the 3rd one I'm still a bit lost as to what they were really going for.......and Resurrection #4 wasn't that bad.

I go to think that I miss sci-fi movies like this where you get more story and atmosphere, then nonsense action which we see so much of these days.

I can't wait for FOX to get off of their asses and get these on BluRay as even though the Quadrilogy set (9 discs) is a great box set with improved visuals..............I can only imagine what these would look like on BluRay. Even worse is that FOX has this thing thinking that they can charge $34.99 for their movies on BluRay which really has kept so many people away from their movies which is a shame. Only FOX movie that I bought was Transporter 2 when Amazon was having their BluRay sale, they would try to rape us on an Alien BluRay set.

Some of the boxsets on HD-DVD and Blu Ray are garbage, and waaay overpriced...

Matrix Box set is $70 and you get less movies and information....the $99 regular dvd boxset comes with 10 disc and the Animatrix....you don't get any of that with the others...

I'm sure if they release this on Blu Ray or HD-DVD it will be an easy $70 or $60...

And it will probably be missing some of the items in your regular boxset on standard dvd.

LOL! Shadows, this will never be on HD-DVD as its property of FOX which is BluRay exclusive unless something happens and they also go to HD-DVD. The way that FOX has been pricing their movies, I wouldn't expect to see this at $60 or $70.
